Technical Parameters Dimensions: It is a 19-inch module, with a height of 3 height units (HU), that is, 3×44.45mm; and a width of 4 width units (WU), that is, 4×5.08mm. Electrical Parameters: The operating voltage is usually 220V, and the output frequency is 50kHz. It has 8 digital outputs. Under the maximum ambient temperature, outputs 1, 3, 5, and 7 can carry a load of 0.5A, and outputs 4 and 8 can carry a load of 1A or 2A when the ambient temperature does not exceed 50 degrees Celsius.

Installation and Configuration Guide for HIMA F8628X: Installation Guide Preparation Before Installation: Confirm that the installation environment meets the requirements of the module, including temperature, humidity, electromagnetic environment, etc. Prepare the required tools, such as screwdrivers. Ensure that you have the relevant knowledge of the H41q/H51q system and are familiar with the safety operation procedures. Module Installation Location: The HIMA F8628X is a 19-inch module suitable for the sub-rack of the H41q/H51q system. In the sub-rack, slots 4 to 15 are usually used for input/output modules, and the module can be installed in an appropriate position among these slots according to the needs. In a PES system with a redundant I/O bus, the modules in slots 4 to 9 are assigned to the first I/O bus, and slots 10 to 15 are assigned to the second I/O bus. Slots 1 to 3 are usually used to install the power distribution module F7133. Installation Steps: Turn off the power supply of the relevant system to ensure that the installation is carried out in a de-energized state. Insert the F8628X module smoothly into the selected slot, ensure that the module is firmly connected to the slot, and use tools such as a screwdriver to fix the installation screws of the module. Connect the power and communication cables of the module and correctly connect them to the corresponding interfaces according to the instruction manual.
Configuration Guide IP Address Setting: Set the IP address of the F8628X through programming tools or relevant software, ensuring that it is in the same network segment as other devices in the network and that the IP address does not conflict. For example, if the network uses the 192.168.1.0/24 network segment, the IP address of the F8628X can be set to an unused address within this segment, such as 192.168.1.100. Profibus DP Slave Protocol Configuration: According to the communication requirements with other devices, configure the relevant parameters of the Profibus DP slave protocol, such as baud rate, slave station address, etc. The possible options for the baud rate are 9.6Kbps, 19.2Kbps, 12Mbps, etc., which need to match the settings of the master station device; the slave station address is generally selected from an address between 1 and 126 that is not used by other slave stations. Elop II Programming Configuration: If Elop II programming needs to be carried out via Ethernet, ensure that the network connection between the programming device and the F8628X is normal. Set the correct communication parameters in the programming software, such as the target IP address (i.e., the IP address of the F8628X), port number, etc., and then conduct a connection test to ensure that it is possible to successfully connect to the F8628X for programming operations. Diagnostic Function Configuration: The diagnostic display screen and indicator lights can be configured according to actual needs to display information such as the system status, I/O levels, and user programs, which is convenient for troubleshooting and system monitoring. For example, set it so that when a certain output channel fails, the corresponding indicator light turns on, and relevant fault codes and information are displayed on the diagnostic display screen at the same time.
