OF7 Portable Filtration Unit is domestic alternative matching imported OF7 series handheld filter, a low-flow mobile offline oil filter. After startup, vane pump generates negative pressure to draw contaminated oil from tank. Fluid passes suction pre-strainer first, then flows into precision filter housing, solid particles are trapped on cartridge surface, clean oil circulates back continuously.Different from large trolley-type oil purifiers, it focuses on lightweight & portability for space-limited conditions. Widely adopted for filtered fresh oil filling, flushing during equipment commissioning and daily bypass purification for small hydraulic stations.Optional particle contamination sensor displays cleanliness grade in real time to avoid subjective judgment of filtration duration. High viscosity variant supports treatment of lubricants with poor ambient fluidity.

3 Working Principle
Power on and start unit, vane pump creates negative pressure to draw contaminated oil via suction hose. Medium firstly passes pre-strainer to separate large hard particles and protect pump internals.Pressurized oil enters spin-on housing and penetrates multi-layer glass fiber cartridge from outside inward. Solid contaminants larger than nominal filter rating are retained on outer surface of insert. Purified clean oil flows back to tank through outlet hose to maintain continuous circulation.Contaminant accumulation raises flow resistance and differential pressure. Shut down and replace cartridge once DP reaches warning threshold. Versions fitted with particle sensor collect contamination data simultaneously to visualize purification efficiency.Cut off power and close pipeline ball valve after circulation filtration, tidy hoses to complete operation.

6 Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance Specification
Place on flat ground steadily to prevent tipping. Confirm tight hose connection and fully submerge suction lance below liquid surface before power-on.Jog test motor rotation on first startup; reverse rotation causes cavitation & dry suction. Prohibit long dry-running without fluid.Check pipeline leakage and housing oil seepage during daily patrol; record differential pressure trend to schedule cartridge replacement.Drain residual oil inside housing after each shift and clean hose surface.Disassemble & flush pump chamber and inspect mechanical seal ageing during annual overhaul, replace all O-rings simultaneously.Install upstream sediment pretreatment if medium contains heavy colloidal & asphaltic sludge.Drain all internal fluid before long-term storage and store in dry dust-free warehouse to slow seal ageing.
