High Solid Content Oil Purifier
1 Product Overview
High Solid Content Oil Purifier (G Series Heavy-Duty Filter Cart) is a mobile multi-stage pressure filtration equipment engineered for heavily contaminated oil.Difference from regular PFC filter carts: standard PFC serves daily maintenance for relatively clean systems, while this unit targets overhaul flushing, waste oil recovery, mining & metallurgy high-sludge working conditions. Contaminated oil is delivered by gear pump and flows through serial filters to capture metal debris, sludge and suspended matter from coarse to fine. Gradient-density deep filter elements provide high dirt holding capacity. Sludge settles at vessel bottom for periodic draining to continuously reduce solid contamination level.
Classification Reminder
High Solid Content Oil Purifier: heavy-duty high dirt holding, mainly for solid removal, standard version without dehydration.
PFC Series Oil Purifier: standard precision filter cart for low-contamination routine maintenance.
Coalescence Dehydration Oil Purifier: coalescing separation unit for emulsion breaking, water & particle removal.
Diaphragm Pump Filter Cart: AODD driven intrinsically safe mobile filter without electric motor.
Vacuum Oil Purifier: vacuum type purifier relying on evaporation for water & gas removal.

Pipe AccessoriesOil-resistant suction/discharge hoses, quick couplings and vent valve.
3 Working Principle
Primary Coarse Interception StageRaw oil enters inlet metal strainer to trap large lumps and metal chips and protect gear pump from hard particle abrasion.
Pre-Filtration & Settling StageOil flows into primary filter vessel. Medium-sized particles are captured, while heavy sludge sinks to bottom for periodic discharge via drain valve.
Deep Precision Filtration StageResidual fine particles enter gradient-density deep filter media (loose outside, dense inside). Contaminants embed gradually into filter material for deep filtration with high dirt capacity. Clean oil discharges for circulation or oil transfer.Contaminant accumulation elevates differential pressure and triggers alarm at preset value. Built-in bypass opens to maintain flow if elements become severely blocked.
4 Basic Technical Parameters
Standard Flow Rates: 32 / 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 L/minApplicable Media: hydraulic oil, gear oil, turbine oil, quenching oil, waste mineral lube oilAvailable Ratings: 3 / 5 / 7 / 12 / 20 μmViscosity Range: standard ≤160 cSt; high-viscosity version ≤220 cStOperating Temperature: 5~80℃Max Working Pressure: ≤0.6 MPaPower Supply: AC380V 3-phase 50Hz (explosion-proof control optional)Element replacement differential pressure: 0.20~0.25 MPaOutput Cleanliness: NAS Class 6~10 (depends on configuration)
5 Core Product Advantages
Multi-stage gradient filtration with upstream pre-settling to drastically extend element service life under high solid contamination.
Specially developed gradient-density deep filter elements with much larger dirt holding capacity than standard PFC elements, reducing frequent element replacement downtime.
Bottom sludge drain port enables waste discharge without removing filter elements, lowering maintenance cost.
Mobile trolley design allows shared usage among multiple tanks, ideal for waste oil recovery and pipeline flushing during equipment overhaul.
Multi-level protection protects pump, motor and pipeline for stable continuous operation.
Optional coalescing dehydration module to achieve simultaneous particle filtration and oil-water separation.
Standard and explosion-proof configurations available for general workshops and hazardous chemical zones.
Sufficient domestically compatible alternative filter elements to control long-term spare parts expenditure.
6 Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance Specification
Place unit on flat ground and lock casters. Keep suction hose away from tank bottom sediment layer.Vent all air before initial startup; gradually increase flow to rated range.Discharge sludge from bottom drain port regularly. Replace elements immediately after DP alarm triggers.Cut power and fully depressurize before element replacement. Clean sealing surface and inspect O-rings.Thoroughly flush housing and piping before switching different oil grades to avoid cross-contamination.Drain residual oil and accumulated sludge before long shutdown to prevent sludge solidification.
7 Common Faults & Solutions
Fast DP rise, rapid element foulingCauses: excessive inlet solid load; infrequent sludge draining; lack of upstream pre-sedimentationSolutions: increase draining frequency; install upstream pre-settling tank or coarse pre-filter
Insufficient pump flow & weak suctionCauses: air leakage on suction line; clogged inlet strainer; low temperature & excessive viscositySolutions: tighten hose connections; clean suction strainer; activate preheating if needed
Poor sludge drainage, solid buildup at vessel bottomCauses: long intervals between draining; low oil temperature reduces sludge fluiditySolutions: regular scheduled draining; moderately raise operating temperature
Oil leakage at flanges and jointsCauses: aged seals; uneven bolt torque; pump vibration fatigueSolutions: install new oil-resistant gaskets; tighten bolts evenly diagonally; optimize hose layout for vibration reduction
DP alarm malfunctionCauses: blocked impulse sampling tubing; loose wiringSolutions: purge sampling line; inspect electrical terminals
