1 Product Overview

Coalescence Dehydration Oil Purifier is a mobile integrated oil purification unit based on coalescing separation principle.Contaminated oil is delivered by gear pump and sequentially passes through pre-filter, hydrophilic coalescing element, gravity settling zone, hydrophobic separation element and polishing filter. Micro emulsified droplets aggregate into large drops and settle. Residual fine water droplets are trapped by separation media and settle again. Accumulated water is drained periodically while solid particles are captured by multi-stage elements, achieving simultaneous dehydration and fine filtration.

3 Working Principle

Pre-filtration StageRaw oil flows through inlet strainer to trap large debris and protect gear pump and downstream elements.

Coalescing & Demulsification StageOil enters hydrophilic coalescing media. Micro free water and emulsified droplets are captured by fibers and merge into large droplets. Most droplets sink to bottom water sump under gravity for primary separation.

Separation & Deep Dehydration StageOil carrying residual tiny droplets flows upward into hydrophobic separation element. Oil penetrates smoothly while water droplets cannot pass through, aggregate and settle down continuously.

Polishing & Water DischargeClean oil passes polishing filter for solid particle control. Water is drained automatically or manually when reaching preset level. Rising differential pressure indicates element fouling and replacement required.Whole process runs at ambient temperature with purely physical separation without damaging oil additives.

6 Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance Specification

Place unit on flat ground and lock casters. Keep suction hose away from tank bottom sludge.Vent all air before initial commissioning and set relief valve pressure within rated range.Monitor DP and oil-water interface regularly and drain water on schedule. Replace elements once DP reaches alarm threshold.Cut power and fully depressurize before element replacement. Clean sealing surface and inspect O-rings.Thoroughly flush housing and piping before switching different oil grades to avoid cross-contamination.Drain accumulated water and residual oil before long-term shutdown and clean chamber to prevent sludge buildup.
