1. Product Description
We are a professional manufacturer of high-performance Gold CIL (Carbon-In-Leach) Leaching Systems, focusing on the R&D, production and customization of core leaching and adsorption equipment for gold mineral processing. Our product series covers full-set CIL leaching systems matching 50TPD to 300TPD and larger gold processing lines, including leaching agitation tanks, activated carbon screening devices, aeration systems, slurry circulation equipment and supporting control units. The system is mainly applicable to oxidized gold ore, rock gold ore, low-grade gold ore and gold-bearing tailings. 2. Working Principle
The Gold CIL Leaching System adopts advanced synchronous leaching and adsorption integrated technology. After crushing and ball milling, the fine gold ore slurry is pumped into the leaching tank group. Lime is added to adjust the slurry alkalinity to prevent cyanide decomposition and create a stable leaching environment. With continuous mechanical stirring and forced aeration, cyanide agents fully react with monomer gold in the slurry to dissolve elemental gold into stable gold-cyanide complex ions.
Different from the traditional separated CIP process, granular activated carbon is directly added into the leaching tanks. The system realizes real-time adsorption of dissolved gold by activated carbon during the gold leaching reaction, avoiding gold loss in intermediate links. The gold-loaded carbon is separated from the ore slurry through professional inter-tank screening equipment. The adsorbed gold is subsequently stripped and enriched via desorption and electrowinning equipment, and the regenerated carbon is returned to the leaching system for cyclic use, achieving continuous and efficient gold leaching and adsorption operation.
