1 Product Overview
High Viscosity Oil Purifier (GLYC Series Mobile Filter Trolley) is developed to overcome purification challenges of heavy viscous oil. At ambient temperature, gear oil, thermal oil and heavy-duty lubricants feature high viscosity & poor fluidity. Conventional oil filters easily suffer insufficient suction, motor overload and rapid element clogging. Long-term contamination by solid particles and water leads to abrasive wear on bearings & gears and accelerated oil emulsification & aging.Contaminated high-viscosity oil enters constant-temperature preheating chamber first. Controlled heating reduces kinematic viscosity and improves fluidity. The dedicated viscous oil pump pressurizes and delivers fluid to multi-stage filters, where solid particles are trapped progressively by filter cartridges. Purified oil circulates back to the tank. The unit supports fresh oil filling filtration, offline purification of in-service oil and tank draining. Multiple lubrication systems can share one unit to reduce investment on stationary filtration equipment.

Mobile Trolley Frame AssemblyCarbon steel welded base with wear-resistant universal wheels and push handle, stable gravity for convenient workshop transportation, reserved space for hose storage.
Special Positive Displacement Pump for Viscous OilLow-pulsation gear/spiral pump with reinforced mechanical seal for heavy oil transportation, matched with three-phase asynchronous motor and built-in overflow pressure stabilizing valve.
Constant Temperature Preheating SystemFlange-mounted stainless steel heating assembly with zoned temperature control; interlock over-temperature power-off protection prevents oil deterioration from overheating.
Multi-stage Precision Filter Housing GroupPressure-bearing cylinders with quick-twist covers for fast cartridge replacement without special tools. Installation positions for coarse, medium and fine filter inserts arranged sequentially.
Differential Pressure Gauge AssemblyInlet-outlet pressure gauge visually indicates clogging resistance as reference for element replacement.

3 Working Principle
After startup, high viscosity pump generates negative pressure to draw heavy oil from tank. Oil passes suction strainer to isolate large-size contaminants, then flows into preheating chamber for temperature rise to cut kinematic viscosity and pipeline flow resistance.Warmed pressurized oil enters filter group and penetrates multi-gradient cartridges from outside inward. Metal particles and sludge larger than nominal filter precision are retained on element surface. Clean purified high viscosity oil is delivered back to storage tank via outlet hose.Contaminants continuously accumulate on outer layer of cartridges, increasing flow resistance and differential pressure reading. Operators shut down and replace cartridges periodically according to pressure value.When equipped with optional vacuum coalescing module, three-phase separation of oil, water and impurities is realized to solve emulsification caused by water ingression in heavy oil.

6 Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance Specification
Place on flat ground and lock wheels. Test motor rotation direction by jog operation before formal startup; reverse rotation will cause dry suction and pump damage.Submerge suction hose end below liquid surface as much as possible to reduce air ingress & cavitation. Raise temperature gradually on first startup; prohibit one-time adjustment to maximum setting.Monitor differential pressure gauge and heater status during daily inspection. Shut down and replace cartridges once pressure difference reaches upper limit; over-differential-pressure forced operation is forbidden.Run short no-load circulation after each shift to flush sludge inside housing; tidy hoses and wipe oil contamination on trolley.Drain residual oil from pipelines and filter housings before long-term storage. Electrical wiring must be completed by certified electricians; inspect cable insulation regularly.Long-term operation with water content exceeding design limit is prohibited. Vacuum coalescing dehydration module must be activated under severe water ingression condition.
