1. Product Description
This ultra-high recovery CIL plant is an optimized upgraded gold extraction production line developed for low-grade ore, fine granular gold, colloidal gold and refractory oxidized gold ore which are difficult to recycle by conventional CIL equipment. It is available in customizable daily capacities from 100TPD to 8000TPD, widely applied to hard rock lean gold ore, tailings reprocessing, alluvial placer gold with abundant micro-fine gold, and mild sulfide gold mines.Compared with ordinary standard CIL lines, the whole set is equipped with intensified pre-leaching activation device, multi-stage carbon gradient adsorption system, high-precision fine carbon interception screen, low-loss high-efficiency desorption-electrolysis unit, micro-gold capture auxiliary system and closed oxygen enrichment pulp conditioning system. The supporting equipment includes wear-resistant sealed leaching tanks, precision automatic dosing system, efficient carbon regeneration furnace and intelligent online monitoring instrument for gold concentration.It is mainly exported to Ecuador, South America, Africa and other mining areas with plenty of low-grade mineral resources, specially serving mines troubled by low gold recovery rate and serious fine gold loss.
2. Working Principle
On the basis of traditional CIL cyanidation adsorption process, multiple strengthening technologies are added to improve the dissolution and capture efficiency of micro-fine gold:
Pre-leaching activation & oxygen enrichment conditioning: The pulp enters the pre-reaction tank for activation treatment, combined with forced oxygen filling to improve the dissolution rate of wrapped fine gold and colloidal gold, laying a foundation for full gold leaching.
Gradient multi-stage CIL adsorption: Activated carbon with different particle sizes is added to leaching tanks in gradient sequence; small-particle carbon captures ultra-fine gold ions, and large-particle carbon adsorbs conventional gold ions, avoiding the loss of micro gold caused by carbon overflow.
Efficient solid-liquid separation: High-precision screening equipment thoroughly intercepts fine loaded carbon mixed in tailings, greatly reducing carbon loss and gold loss.
Low-loss desorption & electrolysis: Constant-temperature and constant-pressure elution technology maximizes gold separation from activated carbon, high-current electrolysis rapidly precipitates high-purity gold mud.
Deep carbon regeneration: Secondary high-temperature activation thoroughly restores the adsorption activity of carbon, maintaining stable adsorption capacity for long-term production.
Environmental harmless disposal: Wastewater is recycled in closed loop, tailings are detoxified and discharged; barren carbon is recycled continuously.
3. Core Features
Extra-high beneficiation index: For ordinary gold ore, recovery rate reaches 94%~98%; for micro-fine gold and low-grade ore, the recovery rate is 6%~12% higher than conventional CIL equipment.
Low fine gold loss: Gradient carbon distribution and precision screening effectively solve carbon leakage and micro-gold loss problems.
Strong adaptability to complex ores: Stable operation for lean ore, colloidal gold ore, oxidized ore and old tailings that ordinary CIL cannot handle well.
Long-term stable adsorption effect: Deep carbon regeneration keeps carbon activity stable, avoiding gradual decline of recovery rate in long-time operation.
Controllable energy consumption: While improving recovery, optimized structural design prevents sharp growth of power and chemical reagent consumption.
Intelligent real-time monitoring: Online gold concentration detector automatically adjusts carbon feeding amount and cyanide dosage to reduce manual operation errors.
Convenient modular assembly: Suitable for container transportation and rapid on-site installation, compatible with small modular plants and large industrial fixed plants.
Eco-friendly design: Fully closed oxygen supply and pulp circulation structure reduces toxic gas volatilization, matched with complete wastewater and tailings harmless treatment system to meet strict international environmental standards.
