1. Product Description
We are a professional manufacturer focusing on the R&D, production, upgrading and customized manufacturing of full-series gold CIL processing equipment, with decades of experience in mineral processing machinery manufacturing and global mine project delivery. 2. Working Principle
Manufacturing Principle: All equipment is designed and produced in strict accordance with international metallurgical industry standards. Raw materials are selected with wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant thickened steel, finished products go through multiple machining, assembly, factory no-load test and simulated ore feeding inspection before delivery to guarantee mechanical stability.
Universal CIL Core Metallurgical Principle:Raw ore is crushed and ground into fine pulp with qualified particle size; pulp is adjusted for concentration, pH value and dissolved oxygen; ore pulp flows through series leaching tanks continuously, gold is dissolved into gold cyanide complex ions under cyanidation reaction; activated carbon adsorbs gold ions synchronously in pulp flow; saturated loaded carbon is separated and sent to high-temperature high-pressure desorption-electrolysis system to separate gold mud; gold mud is smelted into gold ingots; barren carbon is regenerated and recycled; waste water and tailings are treated harmlessly for reuse or emission.
Service Operation Logic: Combine customer ore samples, mine site conditions and budget to formulate equipment matching schemes; deliver finished products and provide follow-up installation, commissioning, training and after-sales spare parts supply.
