1. Product Description
This integrated service focuses on the whole-process technical support for gold CIL beneficiation projects, covering site layout planning, detailed process design, equipment layout drawing drafting, on-site installation guidance, equipment linkage commissioning, trial production calibration and operational standard formulation. It serves individual miners, mining companies and EPC contractors who have purchased CIL equipment but lack professional engineering and construction teams.The service is applicable to all types of CIL projects, including hard rock gold mines, placer gold mines, combined flotation-CIL plants, fine-grained gold high-efficiency leaching lines, with daily processing capacity ranging from small 50TPD modular units to large 10000TPD industrial fixed factories. Our engineers make targeted planning according to land area, terrain slope, local wind direction, drainage conditions, environmental protection requirements and ore characteristics of mines in Ecuador, South America, Africa and other regions. The service runs from preliminary site planning to formal stable production acceptance, solving all technical difficulties in the construction and commissioning of gold processing plants.
2. Working Principle
The service is implemented in six sequential standardized stages, combined with mature CIL metallurgical principle to realize stable plant operation:
Site Survey & Layout Design: Conduct on-site measurement, combine terrain and environmental rules to design scientific factory zoning, equipment arrangement, drainage pipeline layout, waste residue stacking area and workshop position.
Process Detailed Design: Draw production flow chart, equipment foundation drawing, pipeline layout drawing and automatic control schematic drawing according to ore samples and expected recovery target.
On-site Installation Guidance: Guide construction workers to complete equipment fixing, civil foundation pouring, pipeline connection, motor wiring and sealing assembly in strict accordance with design drawings.
No-load Linkage Commissioning: Start each single machine separately, then conduct whole-line linkage operation to check equipment stability, stirring speed, feeding speed and pipeline tightness, eliminate mechanical faults.
Feeding Trial Production & Index Calibration: Gradually put raw ore into production line, adjust pH value, cyanide dosage, carbon addition amount and leaching time, optimize parameters until gold recovery rate meets design standard.
Operation Training & Handover: Train operators on daily operation, routine maintenance and fault elimination, hand over drawings and operation manuals, complete service acceptance.Core metallurgy principle: Ore after crushing and grinding forms qualified pulp; gold dissolves into gold cyanide complex ions under cyanidation condition; activated carbon adsorbs gold ions synchronously; loaded carbon obtains gold mud after desorption-electrolysis for smelting.
