Product Description
The rotary drum dryer with cyclone collector is an integrated high-efficiency drying equipment that combines a stainless steel rotary drum main body and a matched high-precision cyclone dust collection system. It can efficiently recover fine powdery materials carried in the exhaust gas during the drying process, effectively reduce material loss, and avoid dust emission pollution. It is widely applicable to the drying scenarios of granular, powdery and easily flying materials in industries such as chemical industry, new energy, building materials and environmental protection, and is an energy-saving and environment-friendly drying equipment that takes into account both drying efficiency and material recovery rate.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed rotary drum is driven by a heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. Wet materials are fed into the drum, and the built-in lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the materials to make full contact with the hot air for efficient drying. The exhaust gas mixed with a large amount of fine powdery materials after drying is discharged from the tail of the drum and enters the specially designed cyclone collector at a high speed. Under the action of centrifugal force, the fine materials are quickly separated from the airflow and settled down to be recovered through the discharge valve at the bottom of the collector. The purified airflow after preliminary dust removal is discharged up to the standard or enters the subsequent waste gas treatment system, completing the whole closed drying and high-efficiency material recovery process.

Highly adaptable: It can be matched with different models of rotary drum dryers with processing capacity from 5t/d to 2000t/d, and can be customized for different material characteristics and dust removal requirements.
