1. Basic Product Definition
Angle steel, also called angle bar, is L-shaped section steel with two mutually perpendicular sides. Its specification is represented by side width × side width × thickness (mm), such as 50×50×5, 100×100×10. The density is 7.85g/cm³, delivered by theoretical weight. It is divided into equal angle steel and unequal angle steel. With stable structure and excellent welding & bending performance, angle steel is widely used as basic structural material in construction, electric power, machinery and municipal projects.

Q355B (High Strength Load-bearing Grade)
Low carbon low alloy steel with high manganese content, outstanding low temperature toughness and impact resistance, suitable for bridges and heavy equipment supports.

6. Complete Production Process
Steel billet heating → Rough rolling and finish rolling forming → Straightening and fixed-length cutting → Surface treatment (galvanizing optional) → Dimensional and mechanical sampling inspection → Bundling, labeling and warehousing

10. Surface Quality & Packaging
Surface Standard
No cracks, folds, delamination or severe scars on surface; slight oxide scale is acceptable; galvanized layer is uniform without peeling; smooth cutting ends without burrs.
Packaging Methods
Conventional straight bars: 2–3 tons per bundle, fastened by multiple steel straps. Metal tags at both ends marked with specification, steel grade, heat batch number and weight.
Export sea shipment package: Wrapped with waterproof plastic cloth and rainproof tarpaulin, moisture-proof agent can be added to prevent rust during long-distance sea transportation.
Galvanized angle steel is packed separately to avoid scratch damage to zinc coating.

Payment Term: 30% TT advance deposit + 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading
Supporting Documents: Mill test certificate, factory inspection report, CO and FTA Certificate of Origin can be provided
