Product Description
The pharmaceutical rotary drum dryer is a specialized hygienic drying equipment tailored for the pharmaceutical industry, with all material-contact parts made of high-purity 316L pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel. It features no dead corners, no residual materials, no heavy metal precipitation, and fully complies with GMP pharmaceutical production standards. It is widely used for drying granular, powdery and paste pharmaceutical raw materials such as API, excipients, granules and Chinese herbal extracts, ensuring zero cross-contamination and stable product quality in the pharmaceutical production process.
Working Principle
The GMP-compliant polished stainless steel drum, installed at a reasonable inclination, is driven by a sealed dust-free transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The hot air is filtered by multi-stage high-efficiency HEPA filters to meet the pharmaceutical clean air standards. Wet pharmaceutical materials are fed into the drum through a fully sealed sterile feeding port. The rounded non-dead-corner lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making the materials fully contact with the purified sterile hot air. The moisture in the materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage precise constant temperature zones suitable for pharmaceutical processing, and the dried pharmaceutical finished products that meet the pharmacopoeia standards are stably discharged from the sterile non-residue discharging end, completing the whole closed sterile drying process.
