Product Description
The chemical stainless steel rotary drum dryer is a specialized continuous drying equipment tailored for the chemical industry, with all material-contact parts made of high-grade 304/316L or higher corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It features excellent acid and alkali resistance, no material contamination, and fully complies with the safety production specifications of the chemical industry. It is widely used for drying granular, powdery and paste chemical raw materials such as fine chemicals, new energy materials, chemical additives and chemical waste residues, ensuring stable operation and no corrosion damage in harsh chemical production scenarios.
Working Principle
The anti-corrosion polished stainless steel drum, installed at a reasonable inclination, is driven by a sealed explosion-proof transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The heat source and temperature control system are designed to meet the safety standards of chemical production. Wet chemical materials are fed into the drum through a sealed anti-blocking feeding port. The specially designed anti-corrosion lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making the materials fully contact with the hot air flow. The moisture in the chemical materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage temperature control zones suitable for chemical processing, and the dried chemical finished products that meet the process requirements are stably discharged from the anti-caking anti-corrosion discharging end, completing the whole continuous drying process that meets chemical safety specifications.

Excellent corrosion resistance: The full stainless steel flow path can resist long-term erosion of common corrosive chemical materials, and the service life is more than 3 times that of ordinary carbon steel dryers.
High safety performance: Equipped with explosion-proof, over-temperature protection and other safety configurations, it fully meets the mandatory safety requirements of chemical production sites.
Stable and high efficiency: The optimized heat exchange structure makes the thermal efficiency up to 93%, supporting 24-hour continuous and stable operation with a high operation rate.
Wide capacity coverage: It supports models with processing capacity from 5kg/h to 2000t/d, which can meet the drying demands of small chemical test lines and large-scale chemical industrial production lines.
