1. Product Overview
Boiler steel plate is a special high-temperature and pressure-resistant medium & heavy steel plate, belonging to national standard pressure vessel special steel. Strictly manufactured under GB/T 713 and international pressure vessel standards, the plate features high-temperature creep resistance, stable high-pressure performance, ultra-low impurity content, excellent low-temperature toughness and superior weldability.
It is specially designed for long-term operation under high temperature, high pressure and alternating thermal load. With high safety coefficient, fatigue resistance and anti-cracking performance, boiler plate is the core raw material for industrial boilers, power station equipment, thermal pressure vessels and high-temperature chemical equipment.
2. Main Material Grades
2.1 Carbon Boiler Steel Plate
Q245R: Basic boiler grade, stable performance, excellent weldability, suitable for medium & low temperature and low-pressure boiler equipment
Q345R: Mainstream universal grade, balanced strength and toughness, widely used for boiler drums, headers and conventional pressure parts
Q370R: High-strength grade for high-pressure thick-wall boilers and heavy-duty pressure equipment
2.2 Low Temperature Resistant Boiler Plate
16MnDR: Low-temperature pressure-resistant grade, suitable for low-temperature boiler auxiliary equipment and cold-region pressure vessels
2.3 High Temperature Alloy Boiler Plate
15CrMoR / 12Cr1MoVR: Heat-resistant alloy grades, outstanding high-temperature creep resistance, applicable for 500℃–580℃ high-temperature boilers and petrochemical high-temperature reactors
2.4 International Standard Grades
European Standard: P265GH, P355GH
American Standard: SA516 Gr60/70, SA537 Class 1/2

Delivery condition: Hot rolled, normalized, normalized + tempered, TMCP controlled rolling
Ultrasonic inspection: Level Ⅰ / Ⅱ / Ⅲ full-plate UT testing
Optional Z-direction performance: Z15 / Z25 / Z35 for anti-lamellar-tearing requirements

Steel slab re-inspection → High-temperature heating → High-pressure descaling → Precision controlled rolling → Straightening & cooling → Professional heat treatment (Normalizing / Tempering) → Surface finishing → Full-plate ultrasonic testing → Physical & chemical performance test → Fixed-size cutting → Marking → Rust removal → Standard packaging & warehousing

11. Foreign Trade Business Instructions
MOQ: 5 tons, mixed grades and mixed specifications are acceptable
Regular specifications in stock; special thick plates and alloy grades take 5–7 working days
Available documents: Mill test certificate, ultrasonic inspection report, physical and chemical test report, certificate of origin
Payment terms: 30% TT advance deposit, balance against B/L copy
