Product Introduction
This stainless steel rotary dryer for calcium carbonate is a high-wear-resistant anti-pollution continuous drying equipment tailored for light calcium carbonate, heavy calcium carbonate and other calcium carbonate processing scenarios. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, with no impurity precipitation, no calcium carbonate residue, fully meeting the strict standards of coatings, plastics and building materials industries. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no calcium carbonate pollution, uniform moisture and stable whiteness in modern calcium carbonate production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. High-moisture calcium carbonate raw materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed anti-blocking feeding port, and the built-in wear-resistant anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the calcium carbonate materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the filtered clean hot air flow. Free moisture in the calcium carbonate is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried calcium carbonate products that meet the industry moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the continuous calcium carbonate drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not introduce impurity pollution to calcium carbonate, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as calcium carbonate whiteness decline, material agglomeration and equipment abrasion.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted calcium carbonate processing exclusive advantages. The high-wear-resistant 304 stainless steel structure can resist the long-term scouring of high-hardness calcium carbonate, and the service life is far longer than that of ordinary carbon steel calcium carbonate dryers. The multi-stage adjustable drying mode can efficiently reduce the moisture of calcium carbonate raw materials to below 0.5%, and the drying uniformity is excellent. Equipped with a two-stage dust removal system of cyclone + bag filter, the emission concentration is ≤30mg/m³, which meets the strict environmental protection requirements of calcium carbonate processing plants. It can be customized with different processing capacities from 1t/h to 20t/h according to the actual calcium carbonate production scale of users.
