1. Product Overview
Steel wires are thin-diameter metal wires manufactured from hot rolled carbon steel wire rods via multi-pass cold drawing, annealing, surface treatment and heat treatment. They are divided into three main series: low-carbon soft wire, medium-carbon rope wire and high-carbon spring wire, available in bright finish, hot-dip galvanized and electro-galvanized surface. Featuring ultra-precise dimensional tolerance, wide tensile strength range and controllable flexibility, steel wires integrate binding, load-bearing, elastic and anti-corrosion performance. Widely used in construction binding, steel wire rope manufacturing, mechanical springs, agricultural fencing, rock net for slope protection, power guy wires and metal woven mesh.

2. Medium-carbon Galvanized Wire Rope Wires (45#, 55#, 60#)
Mechanical performance: Tensile strength 800–1300MPa, high torsion resistance and fatigue resistance
Application: Core wires of steel wire ropes, bridge suspension cables, mine hoisting ropes, overhead power guy wires, river rock cages, slope protection mesh, high-strength greenhouse tension wires
Surface: Hot-dip galvanized with thick, well-adhered zinc coating for long-term outdoor rust prevention
3. High Carbon Carbon Spring Steel Wires (65Mn, 72A, 82B, Grade DH/SH/DB)
Mechanical performance: Tensile strength 1600–2900MPa, high elastic limit, good anti-fatigue performance, resistant to permanent deformation
Application: Mechanical compression & tension springs, automobile shock absorber springs, valve spring plates, fishing wires, precision elastic hardware
Delivery state: Bright cold drawn, oil tempered, galvanized anti-corrosion upon request
4. Alloy Spring Steel Wires (60Si2MnA, 55SiCrA)
Mechanical performance: High temperature resistance, low stress relaxation, stable elasticity under high temperature

4. Complete Production Process
4.1 Low-carbon Soft Wire Process
Hot rolled wire rod → Pickling, phosphating & saponification → Multi-pass cold drawing → Low-temperature annealing for softening → Coiling / galvanizing → Inspection & packing
4.2 Medium-carbon Galvanized Rope Wire Process
High carbon wire rod → Pickling & semi-finished drawing → Lead bath patenting to upgrade strength → Hot-dip galvanizing → Passivation protection → Coiling & inspection
4.3 High Carbon Spring Wire Process
Premium high carbon wire rod → Multi-pass precision cold drawing → Oil tempering heat treatment (optional) → Surface polishing / galvanizing → Coil slitting, full dimensional & mechanical inspection

Spectral composition analysis: Strict control of C, Mn, S, P impurities to match strength grades
Full mechanical testing: Tensile strength, reverse bending cycles, torsion cycles (mandatory for rope wires)
Special galvanized coating test: Zinc coating weight, coating adhesion, neutral salt spray resistance duration
Random dimensional inspection: Wire diameter tolerance, roundness, surface roughness
Visual surface inspection: Free of cracks, burrs, peeling, missing plating and rust spots
