Product Introduction
This 80 tpd rotary dryer for coco peat dewatering is a professional large-capacity drying equipment tailored for coconut coir dehydration and processing scenarios. It adopts a special anti-sticking and anti-corrosion structure adapted to the high-humidity and high-viscosity characteristics of fresh coco peat, with a daily processing capacity of 80 tons of wet coco peat. It can quickly reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~60% to below 15%, and the finished dried coco peat can be directly used for subsequent processing such as substrate production and packaging. It is the core drying equipment to support the continuous and stable production of large-scale coco peat processing plants.
Working Principle
The inclined rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a set low speed. The wet coco peat is sent into the cylinder from the feeding end, and moves forward slowly along the inner wall of the cylinder under the action of the inclination angle and the lifting plate. The high-temperature hot air fully contacts the material in the cylinder, and the moisture in the coco peat is rapidly evaporated through heat transfer. The specially designed anti-sticking lifting plate continuously scatters the material to avoid caking and sticking to the wall. After the full drying process, the dried coco peat is stably discharged from the discharge port, completing the continuous dehydration and drying process.
