Product Introduction
This 50 tpd rotary dryer for bamboo chips drying is a professional large-capacity drying equipment tailored for bamboo chips processing scenarios. It adopts a special anti-wear and anti-adhesion lifting plate structure adapted to the light specific gravity and easy-to-fly characteristics of bamboo chips, with a daily processing capacity of 50 tons of raw bamboo chips. It can efficiently reduce the moisture content of bamboo chips from about 45% to below 12%, and the dried finished bamboo chips can be directly used in subsequent processes such as biomass fuel, bamboo pulp and particle board production. It is the core drying equipment to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the bamboo chips processing plant.
Working Principle
The slightly inclined large-diameter rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a constant speed. The high-temperature hot air generated by the heat source fully contacts with the continuously fed wet bamboo chips in the cylinder. Under the action of the special lifting plate, the bamboo chips are continuously picked up and scattered to form a uniform material curtain, which fully exchanges heat with the hot air. The moisture in the bamboo chips is rapidly evaporated and discharged, and the dried finished bamboo chips are stably discharged from the discharge port, completing the continuous drying process of 50 tons of bamboo chips per day.
Core Features
This 50 tpd bamboo chips rotary dryer has multiple targeted advantages. The special lifting plate design effectively avoids the adhesion and flying loss of light bamboo chips, and the drying efficiency is significantly improved. The optimized heat insulation structure reduces the heat loss, and the energy consumption per ton of material is more than 20% lower than that of ordinary dryers. The 24-hour continuous operation design can stably meet the daily 50-ton processing demand, with low failure rate and long service life. The finished material moisture is uniform and controllable, which can fully meet the moisture requirements of different subsequent bamboo chips processing processes.
