1. Product Overview
Petroleum pipes (OCTG-Oil Country Tubular Goods) are high-strength alloy seamless & welded steel pipes specially used for oil & gas exploration, drilling, production, gathering and long-distance transportation. They are divided into four major categories: casing, tubing, drill pipe and line pipe. Manufactured with Cr-Mn-Mo-V low-alloy materials and quenched & tempered heat treatment, they can withstand extreme downhole conditions including high temperature, high pressure, collapse load, tensile force, H₂S & CO₂ corrosion. Complying strictly with international API petroleum standards and domestic special national standards for oil & gas, they are core special tubular products for oilfield development and long-distance oil & gas pipelines.

Shallow wells: J55, K55, cost-effective for normal atmospheric pressure oil wells
Medium-deep wells: N80, L80, resistant to mild hydrogen sulfide corrosion, suitable for 2000–4000m well depth
Deep high-pressure wells: P110, ultra-high collapse & tensile resistance, for wells deeper than 4000m and high-pressure hydrocarbon wells
2.2 Line Pipe (API 5L)
For oilfield gathering and long-distance oil & gas trunk pipelines, divided into PSL1 basic grade and PSL2 high grade
