This flotation cell with stable performance is a highly reliable industrial separation equipment built for long term continuous operation in harsh production environments. Working Principle
The equipment adopts a mature and optimized power transmission and mixing structure. The main motor transmits stable power to the mixing component through a precisely calibrated speed reduction system. The mixing component stirs the pulp evenly at a constant speed and draws in a fixed amount of air to form a uniform gas liquid solid mixture. The internal flow guiding structure of the tank distributes the mixture to every working area stably without generating sudden strong turbulence or dead flow zones. The target mineral particles fully contact with bubbles in a stable flow field and attach to the bubble surface to rise to the top froth layer. The non target particles sink and flow out through the fixed tailing outlet. The whole process maintains consistent flow rate bubble size and mixing strength at all times to ensure the separation result stays stable.
