Product Introduction
This flotation cell with stable performance is a highly reliable industrial separation equipment built for long term continuous operation in harsh production environments. It is widely applied in non ferrous metal beneficiation ferrous metal processing coal washing and industrial wastewater flotation treatment scenarios. It is specially designed for production lines that require 24 hour non stop operation and strict separation index consistency. It can maintain steady working state for months without frequent shutdown and adjustment and it has been recognized by a large number of mining and chemical enterprises for its extremely low failure rate.
Working Principle
The equipment adopts a mature and optimized power transmission and mixing structure. The main motor transmits stable power to the mixing component through a precisely calibrated speed reduction system. The mixing component stirs the pulp evenly at a constant speed and draws in a fixed amount of air to form a uniform gas liquid solid mixture. The internal flow guiding structure of the tank distributes the mixture to every working area stably without generating sudden strong turbulence or dead flow zones. The target mineral particles fully contact with bubbles in a stable flow field and attach to the bubble surface to rise to the top froth layer. The non target particles sink and flow out through the fixed tailing outlet. The whole process maintains consistent flow rate bubble size and mixing strength at all times to ensure the separation result stays stable.

The key transmission and mixing components are processed with high precision and strict dynamic balance test which greatly reduces vibration and operation noise during high load running. The equipment can keep the same separation index even when the feed volume pulp concentration or raw ore property has small normal fluctuations. The overall failure rate is less than one percent within two years of continuous use which avoids unexpected shutdown losses for the production line. All wearing parts adopt standardized design so that daily inspection and replacement can be completed quickly without affecting the normal operation rhythm of the whole workshop.
