Product Introduction
This Double Roller Crusher for Cement Plants is specially designed for cement production lines. It is used for crushing limestone, clay, clinker, coal, gypsum, and other raw materials. The equipment is suitable for raw material pre-processing and clinker fine crushing sections, and can be integrated into complete cement raw meal and clinker processing lines. It ensures stable and continuous high-volume production required in cement plants.
Working Principle
Two wear-resistant rollers rotate toward each other. Cement raw materials are fed into the roller gap and crushed through compression and shearing forces. A spring overload protection system absorbs impact from hard foreign materials, protecting the machine from damage. By adjusting the roller gap, the particle size can be precisely controlled. The crushed material is discharged from the bottom and sent to the next grinding process.
