Product Introduction
This Double Roller Crusher for Phosphate Rock is specially designed for phosphate processing production lines. It is used for fine crushing of phosphate ore, apatite, and associated surrounding rock. The equipment is widely applied in phosphate chemical industry and phosphate fertilizer production as a front-end crushing solution, providing properly sized raw materials for downstream screening, flotation, and beneficiation processes.
Working Principle
Two wear-resistant rollers rotate synchronously toward each other. Large phosphate rocks enter the roller gap and are crushed through compression and shearing forces. A spring overload protection system allows automatic release when hard rocks or metal impurities are present, preventing damage to the rollers. The roller gap can be adjusted to control discharge particle size precisely. The crushed material is then transported to screening and separation processes.
