Product Introduction
This Double Roller Crusher for Coal Washing Plants is a standard fine crushing equipment used in coal preparation plants. It is mainly used for crushing raw coal, lump coal, coal gangue, and coke. The equipment is widely applied in coal separation, blending, and coal pelletizing processes, and is fully compatible with complete coal washing production lines to meet continuous coal processing requirements.
Working Principle
Two wear-resistant rollers rotate synchronously toward each other. Raw coal is fed into the roller gap and crushed into uniform particle sizes through compression and rolling forces. The machine is equipped with a spring overload protection system, which automatically releases when gangue or metal impurities enter, protecting the rollers from damage. The roller gap can be adjusted to flexibly control discharge size, and the crushed coal is discharged from the bottom and transported to the separation system.
