Product Introduction
This Double Roller Crusher for Metallurgical Industry is designed for full-process crushing applications in metallurgy. It can process iron ore, manganese ore, sintered ore, metallurgical slag, furnace slag, coke, and non-ferrous metal ores. The equipment is widely used in mineral processing plants, sintering workshops, and metallurgical solid waste recycling lines. It performs medium and fine crushing of ores, ensuring the required particle size for downstream smelting processes.
Working Principle
Two high-strength wear-resistant rollers rotate toward each other. Metallurgical materials enter the roller gap and are crushed through strong compression and shearing forces. A spring overload protection system allows automatic release when hard metal blocks are encountered, preventing roller damage or structural failure. The roller gap can be adjusted to control the final particle size, and the crushed material is then transported to screening and magnetic separation processes.
