Product Introduction
This Double Roller Crusher for Refractory Materials is specially designed for fine crushing of refractory raw materials. It can process bauxite, magnesia, quartz sand, sillimanite, refractory clay, corundum blocks, and other high-hardness refractory minerals. The equipment is widely used in refractory brick production lines and monolithic refractory material manufacturing lines, providing uniform particle size materials for granulation and mixing processes.
Working Principle
Two high-hardness wear-resistant rollers rotate toward each other. Lump refractory materials enter the roller gap and are crushed through strong compression and rolling forces. A spring buffer system automatically absorbs impact when hard foreign materials are present, protecting the roller surfaces. The roller gap can be precisely adjusted to control discharge particle size, and the crushed material is discharged downward to screening equipment for further processing.
