The Fine Crushing Double Roller Crusher Plant is a highly specialized, precision-engineered processing line designed to reduce materials down to fine grain sizes (typically between 2 mm and 8 mm). Featuring a pair of parallel, horizontally mounted smooth or ultra-wear-resistant rollers, this plant is the ideal choice for tertiary or quaternary crushing. Controlled Fine Feeding: Materials that have already undergone primary and secondary crushing are distributed evenly into the fine crushing chamber to ensure full contact across the roller surfaces.
Inward Rotation & High-Pressure Squeezing: Driven by two high-power independent motors, the rollers rotate inward toward each other at high speeds. The friction pulls the material into the ultra-narrow gap between the rollers.
Ultimate Mechanical Compression: Because the gap is set exceptionally tight, the material is pulverized using intense mechanical compression and shear forces. The smooth surface of the fine-crushing rollers ensures equal pressure is applied to every particle.
Gravity Discharge & Safety Release: The finely crushed material drops out through the bottom discharge chute via gravity. If a stray piece of uncrushable foreign metal enters, the heavy-duty hydraulic or spring safety system instantly retracts one roller to let it pass safely and automatically resets.
