Product Introduction
This Double Roller Crusher for Gypsum Processing is suitable for crushing natural gypsum, desulfurized gypsum, construction gypsum, phosphogypsum, and other raw materials in gypsum processing plants. It serves as a pre-crushing equipment for gypsum powder and gypsum board production lines. The crushed gypsum material can be directly sent to grinding and calcination processes, ensuring efficient and stable downstream production.
Working Principle
Two wear-resistant rollers rotate toward each other at a constant speed. Lump gypsum materials enter the roller gap and are crushed through compression and rolling forces. A spring buffer system protects the machine by absorbing impacts from hard foreign materials mixed in the feed. The roller gap can be adjusted to control the discharge size, and the crushed gypsum is discharged from the bottom and transported to the next process stage.
