Product Introduction
This Double Roller Crusher for Steel Slag Processing is specially designed for steel plant solid waste crushing applications. It is used for medium and fine crushing of steel slag, iron slag, and oxidized slag generated during steelmaking processes. The equipment effectively achieves slag crushing and metal separation, and is widely used in steel slag resource recovery production lines to support efficient recycling of metallurgical waste.
Working Principle
Two high-strength wear-resistant rollers rotate toward each other. Large steel slag materials enter the roller gap and are crushed through strong compression and shearing forces. A spring overload protection system absorbs impact from iron blocks and large steel pieces, preventing equipment damage. The roller gap can be adjusted to control the final particle size. After crushing, steel slag is broken into smaller particles, improving separation efficiency for downstream magnetic separation and metal recovery processes.
