Material Feed: Raw material enters the hopper and is distributed evenly across the length of the rollers.
Counter-Rotation & Hydraulic Squeezing: Driven by independent electric motors, the two rollers rotate inward toward each other. The core of the system is the heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders that exert constant, immense pressure on the movable roller, forcing it toward the fixed roller.
Compression Crushing: As material is pulled into the "nip zone" between the rollers, the extreme hydraulic-backed compression forces instantly crush and fracture the particles.
Smart Overload Protection & Discharge: Crushed material exits through the bottom via gravity. If an uncrushable foreign object (such as a piece of steel) enters, the hydraulic system senses the sudden pressure spike and instantly retracts the hydraulic cylinders. This widens the gap to let the object pass safely, prevents structural damage, and automatically returns the roller to its pre-set position.
