Product Introduction
This Double Roller Crusher for Kaolin Processing is suitable for kaolin ore beneficiation plants. It is designed for fine crushing of lump kaolin, porcelain clay, and associated sand and stone impurities. The equipment is widely used in ceramic raw material, coating, and filler production lines as a pre-crushing unit, providing uniform particle size feed for grinding and purification processes.
Working Principle
Two wear-resistant rollers rotate toward each other. Lump kaolin materials enter the roller gap and are crushed through compression and rolling forces. A spring overload protection system absorbs impacts from hard impurities mixed in the feed, preventing damage to the rollers. The roller gap can be adjusted to control discharge particle size precisely, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom and sent to screening equipment.
