Power Consumption:
The Log Washer adopts a dual-shaft, low-speed, high-torque motor drive system, resulting in low overall energy consumption and high power utilization efficiency. It is a highly energy-efficient washing equipment.
Power consumption is precisely matched to model capacity:
Small models (20–60 TPH): total installed power approximately 22–37 kW.
Medium mainstream models (60–150 TPH): total power ranges from 45–75 kW.
Large heavy-duty models (150–300 TPH): equipped with dual-drive motors of 90–132 kW.
The equipment operates through low-speed scrubbing action without unnecessary high-speed energy loss. Compared with traditional washing equipment, it has lower power consumption per ton of ore processed. For long-term continuous operation, it significantly reduces electricity costs, offering outstanding energy-saving advantages.
