What is CIPP Fiber Liner


Cured-in-place pipe lining, or CIPP, is a modern-day trenchless solution for rehabilitating damaged underground drains, sewer and portal water lines without the need for excavation.

It begins with magicians performing a video inspection of the pipe system to locate the damage. After identifying the damage, jetting or the use of high-pressure water jets is performed to clean the pipe. Then insert a flexible CIPP liner hose made of resin-impregnated fabric into the damaged pipe, which is inflated and cured using heat (steam or hot water) or UV light. Finally, the liner is deflated, leaving a new pipe inside.

Cured-in-place pipelining process to restore pipe structural integrity, eliminate infiltration and root ingress, protect pipelines from chemical attack, improve water quality and increase pipeline flow capacity.

In other words, CIPP lining bypasses the need for replacement by extending the lifespan of existing pipes.

The online fully automatic and high precision resin metering and mixing system, fully automatic powerful vacuum system, ultra-flat impregnation and flatting system to ensure the high production speed, fully impregnation of fiber and resin, uniform thickness and lower resin consumption. 


(1)Dry Liner Production

The dry liner machine fold inner film, multi-layer fiber fabric, non-woven fabric and outer film into dry liner hose automatically.


(2)High precision and automatic metering and mixing system

The system is equipped individual raw material supplying unit, and water heating constant temperature tank to keep stable the resin viscosity. The resin and additives is metered, mixed and injected to the dry liner hose high precisely by full closed high precision metering pump.

3)Strong vacuum and resin injection

Fully automatic powerful vacuum pump system what is equipped several vacuum pumps what works automatically and are controlled by PLC. This system guarantee the vacuum of dry liner hose before resin injection, also improve the impregnation of fiber and resin. 

(4)Liner Flatten

With ultra-flat platform and multi automatic flatten trolleys to flatten the fiber liner with resin in order to make the liner thickness uniform and fully impregnated.
