Product Introduction

HCNJ-104 Ultra-small Sensor is a new type of torque sensor developed by Beijing Haibohua Technology Co., Ltd. on the basis of the dedicated technology for strain bridges. It is suitable for various torque measurement occasions requiring small size and high rotation speed. This product outputs a frequency signal of 5 - 15kHz or a current signal of 4 - 20mA, which is suitable for long-distance transmission. This dynamic torque sensor has a small size, is easy to install and use, and has strong signal anti-interference ability. It is an ideal product to replace imported torque sensors.

    Installation method

    1. The sensors in this series do not have a mounting base. You need to use springs, pull ropes or fixing clips to fix the housing to prevent the housing and the signal output wires from rotating with the shaft.

    2. Other installation, electrical connection methods and precautions are carried out according to the standard sensors.


    Common signal types and supporting products

1. The torque frequency signal can be directly transmitted to a computer or PLC for processing.

2. When paired with the XSKM torque display or XSY torque display, the torque value can be directly displayed.

3. When paired with the HN-201 Torque, Rotation Speed and Power Meter in this series, the torque, rotation speed and power values can be directly displayed. Functions: Zero reset as standard; Two-channel 4 - 20mA signal conversion for torque and rotation speed, RS485 communication is optional.

4. When paired with the F/I or F/V single-channel signal conversion module or dual-channel signal conversion module, the frequency signal can be converted into common analog signals such as 4 - 20mA or 1 - 5V, which facilitates the customer's signal acquisition.

5. By selecting the professional data acquisition card and supporting software of Beijing Haibohua Technology Co., Ltd., functions such as acquisition, storage, printing and playback of signals such as torque and rotation speed can be realized.
