Beijing Haibohua Technology Co., Ltd. has two types of actuator test benches: vertical installation test benches and horizontal installation test benches. This test bench is a vertical test bench, which can simulate the loading of the actuator. The loading torque is continuously adjustable, and it can detect the forward and reverse output torques of the actuator at different speeds of the servo motor.
The vertical test bench is mostly used for heavy-duty actuators, which facilitates hoisting the actuator onto the workbench of the test equipment through hoisting equipment. The vertical test bench needs to convert the vertically input power into horizontal output through a commutator. There is a gap in the commutation output. When the actuator reverses after reaching the dead point in the forward rotation, there is a small-angle idle stroke that cannot be loaded.
