Clutch performance testing system is designed for clutch performance testing experiments. It can measure, store, and display performance parameters and curves such as the output speed, torque, power, and operating temperature of the clutch, and print test reports and performance curves. The signals from the torque and speed sensor and one channel of temperature sensor are converted into standard signals by the signal adapter and then input into the acquisition card of the computer. One channel of wireless temperature signal is transmitted wirelessly and received by the computer. The computer collects and measures the output torque, speed, and temperature values of the clutch. At the same time, the frequency converter can be controlled by the computer to manually and automatically adjust the motor speed.

(2) Test bench

1. Installation base mechanical platform (T-slot platform): The base uses a standard platform with standard T-slots on it and a smooth surface. The installation unevenness of the flat plate is less than 0.05mm. The base is stable to avoid excessive vibration, otherwise, it will cause inaccurate data testing. The coupling uses an elastic coupling to ensure measurement accuracy.

1. It can conduct performance tests on clutches.

Measurement and control are centered around a computer and measurement control software. The HCNJ-101 torque sensor measures the output speed, torque, and power of the clutch. The signal from a 1-channel temperature sensor is converted into a standard signal via a signal adapter to measure the operating temperature of the clutch. These measurement parameters are configured with corresponding digital display meters. Meanwhile, they can also be connected to a signal adapter to be converted into signals recognizable by the acquisition card and then enter the acquisition card. A 1-channel wireless temperature signal enters the computer through wireless transmission and wireless reception. The computer controls data acquisition, storage, calculation, output, and printing through software. At the same time, the computer manually and automatically controls the frequency converter through the serial port and interface conversion module to control the motor speed.
