3051 Capacitive Differential Pressure Transmitter, Pressure Transmitter With Capacitive Liquid Crystal Display and Hart Protocol
I. Overview
The HCYL-3051Capacitive Pressure Transmitter produced by Beijing Haibohua Technology Co., Ltd. adopts high-precision miniaturized intelligent sensors produced with imported advanced foreign technologies. In terms of the conversion principle, digital compensation technology is used to compensate for temperature and static pressure, which improves the measurement accuracy and reduces the temperature drift. It features good long-term stability, high reliability, and strong self-diagnosis ability. With its extremely high cost-performance ratio, it has become the mainstream product in the transmitter market.
It can be used withHT388 or Rosemount275,375 hand-held controllers to complete operations such as address search, testing, and configuration. It can communicate with the transmitter from the control room, the transmitter installation site, or any wiring terminal in the loop to complete remote debugging. When performing remote communication, please note that there must be a resistance of no less than250Ω between the wiring terminal and the power supply.

Installation: Flameproof type dⅡCT5, Intrinsically safe type iaⅡCT5
Migration characteristics: After positive or negative migration, the upper and lower limits of the range shall not exceed the limit of the range. At the minimum range, the positive migration is 0.975URL; the negative migration is -URL
Temperature range: Medium temperature -40~104℃, Storage temperature -40~85℃, Overall working temperature -40~85℃/-20~70℃ (with digital display)
Relative humidity: 0~100%
Overpressure limit: For a range below 6.89MPa, apply 0 (pressure)~13.8MPa; for a range of 20.68MPa, apply 0 (pressure)~31.2MPa; for a range of 41.37MPa, apply 0 (pressure)~51.45MPa, the transmitter will not be damaged. The normal working pressure ranges from 3.45kPa (pressure) to the upper limit of the transmitter range, and the flange can withstand a pressure of 68.9MPa
Volume change: Less than 0.16cm3
Damping: The time constant is adjustable between 0.2~32.0s
Startup time: 3s, no preheating required
Performance indicators: Under the conditions of no migration, 316 stainless steel isolation diaphragm and other standard test conditions
Range ratio: 40:1
Accuracy: When the range is 3, 4, 5
When the range ratio is from 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.1% of the calibrated range.
When the range ratio is from 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.05(1 + 0.1URL/range)% of the range.
When the range is 6, 7, 8, 9, 0
When the range ratio is from 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.15% of the calibrated range.
When the range ratio is from 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.075(1 + 0.1URL/range)% of the range.
StabilityQualitative: Accuracy: The error within six months is ±0.15% of the full scale.
Temperature effect: For full scales of 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
The zero error is ±0.25% of the full scale per 55℃
The total error including full scale and zero is 0.5% of the full scale per 55℃
Note: For full scales of 3, 9, 0, the temperature error should be doubled.
Overpressure effect: After applying a pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the full scale range
Power supply effect: Less than 0.005% of the output full scale per volt
Vibration effect: In any axial direction, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05% of the full scale range per g
Load effect: As long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 12V, there is no load effect within the load working range.
Installation effect: It may produce a zero error of no more than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected. There is no effect on the full scale, and there is no effect when the measuring body rotates relative to the flange
Electromagnetic radiation: Complies with IEC801 standard
