3051 Capacitive Differential Pressure Transmitter


Overview

The 3051 intelligent capacitive differential pressure transmitter is produced by Beijing Haibohua Technology Co., Ltd. by introducing advanced foreign technologies and equipment, using key raw materials, components and parts. The whole machine has undergone strict assembly and testing, and features advanced design principles, a complete range of varieties and specifications, and easy installation and use. As the appearance of this model fully integrates the two most popular and widely used transmitters in China at present (Rosemount 3051 and Yokogawa EJA), it gives users a fresh feeling. At the same time, it is easy to be compatible with and directly replace the traditional 1151, CECC and other series of products in terms of installation. Therefore, it is a replacement and upgrade product for some old models. To adapt to the continuous improvement and development of the domestic automation level, in addition to its compact and delicate design, this series of intelligent pressure/differential pressure transmitters also features intelligent functions with HART fieldbus protocol.

Working Principle:

In this intelligent differential pressure transmitter, the process pressure is transmitted to the central measuring diaphragm in the chamber through the isolation diaphragms on both sides or one side and the filling liquid. The central diaphragm is a tensioned elastic element. It produces a corresponding deformation displacement in response to the pressure difference on both sides acting on it. The displacement is proportional to the differential pressure, with a displacement of about 0.1 mm. This displacement is converted into a differential capacitance formed on the capacitor plates, and the electronic circuit converts the differential capacitance into a standard output signal.

Influence of installation position

The zero point drifts at most 250 Pa, can be corrected, with no range influence.
