HCNJ-104 Ultra-small Sensor is a new type of torque sensor developed by Beijing Haibohua Technology Co., Ltd. based on the special technology of the strain bridge. It is suitable for various torque measurement occasions that require small size and high rotational speed. This product outputs a frequency signal of 5 - 15kHz or a current signal of 4 - 20mA, which is suitable for long-distance transmission. This dynamic torque sensor features small size, easy installation, and strong anti-interference ability of the signal. It is an ideal product to replace imported torque sensors.

It can detect the rotational speed and shaft power while detecting the torque;

Installation Method
1. This series of sensors has no mounting base. You need to use springs, ropes, or fixing clips to fix the housing to prevent the housing and signal output wires from rotating with the shaft.
2. Other installation, electrical connection methods, and precautions shall be carried out according to the standard sensors.
Common Signal Types and Supporting Products
1. The torque frequency signal can be directly transmitted to a computer or PLC for processing.
2. It is equipped with XSKM Torque Display or XSY Torque Display to directly display the torque value.
3. When equipped with the HN-201 Torque, Rotation Speed, and Power Meter in the series, it can directly display the torque, rotation speed, and power values. Functions: Standard zero setting; Two-way 4 - 20mA transmission for torque and rotation speed, RS485 communication is optional.
4. When equipped with the F/I or F/V single-channel signal conversion module or dual-channel signal conversion module, it can convert the frequency signal into common analog signals such as 4 - 20mA or 1 - 5V, which is convenient for customers to collect signals;
5. Select the professional data acquisition card and supporting software of Beijing Haibohua Technology Co., Ltd. to realize the functions of collecting, storing, printing, and replaying signals such as torque and rotation speed.
