Installation Method
1. Fix the flange end of the sensor, and connect the other end to the device under test to apply force.
2. The rotation angle of the sensor should not be greater than 360 degrees.
Common Signal Types and Supporting Products:
1. The torque signal can be directly transmitted to a computer or PLC for processing.
2. It can be paired with the XSE5 torque display to directly show the torque value. Basic functions: zero setting, 2-point alarm. Extended functions: 4-20mA transmission output, RS232 or RS485 communication interface.
3. It can be paired with a signal conversion module to convert the signal into standard current or voltage signals such as 4-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V, ±5V, which is convenient for customers to collect.
4. Select the professional data acquisition card and supporting software of Beijing Haibohua Technology Co., Ltd. to realize functions such as display, storage and printing of measured values and curves.
