2. Test items:
Use an 11kw permanent magnet synchronous motor as the load end to conduct a loading test on the 7.5kw motor under test, and test the values of voltage, current, efficiency, torque, speed, power, etc. of the 7.5kw motor under test during the dragging process.
2.System introduction:
1. Principle of the motor test bench:
The test system uses an 11kw permanent magnet synchronous motor as the load end, and precisely controls the torque and speed of the motor through a dedicated driver. Since the driver uses the PWM broadband modulation method, the driver can achieve high-speed control output with high dynamic performance for the load permanent magnet motor.
First, connect the controller of the motor under test. The controller controls the speed of the motor. When the motor runs to the test point, the driver conducts constant torque control on the load motor to conduct a loading test on the motor under test. During the test process, the load motor will run as a generator for a period of time, and the generated current will be consumed by the resistance method.
2. Brief introduction of the test system functions:
1> The system can display the voltage, current, input power, torque, speed, output power, and efficiency of the motor in real time.
2>It can perform upper and lower limit alarms for current, voltage, torque, and rotational speed respectively, and the alarm values can be set arbitrarily.
3>It can continuously store the test data or store it single - time according to the user's wishes.
4>It can display the collected data and curves in real - time.
5>It can draw curves of rotational speed —— current, voltage, torque, power, and efficiency based on the test results.
6>It can draw curves of time —— rotational speed, current, voltage, torque, power, and efficiency based on the test results.
7>The system has a memory function for the settings of various parameters, and only needs to be input once.
8>It has the function of replaying historical data and curves.
9>It can print test data, curves, and reports of the test results through a printer.
10>The entire function of the software has dual operations of menu and shortcut keys.
