The HCNJ-105 universal shaft torque sensor is an intrinsically safe and explosion-proof type. It is mainly designed to solve the problems in the oilfield drilling process, such as drill pipe breakage caused by excessive torque and inaccurate measurement of the turntable torque and other factors that
often affect the drilling production. The sensor is directly made on the universal shaft and equipped with a control system to monitor the working conditions of the drilling rig in real time. Since the launch of the universal shaft sensor, it has been

Product matching:
1. The torque frequency signal can be directly transmitted to a computer or PLC for processing.
2. The torque sensor is matched with XSKM or XSY torque display instrument (single-display torque meter), which directly displays the torque value and has an alarm function for two upper and lower limits.
3. When matched with the HN-201 torque, rotational speed and power meter (triple-display instrument), it directly displays the torque, rotational speed and power values. Functions: Zeroing as standard; Two-way 4 - 20mA transmission for torque and rotational speed,
RS485 communication is optional.
4. When matched with single or dual-channel F/I or F/V signal conversion modules, the frequency signal can be converted into common analog signals such as 4 - 20mA or 0 - 5V, which is convenient for customers to collect signals (wiring is as follows).
