Applicable occasions of hysteresis dynamometer:

The hysteresis dynamometer is suitable for the testing of motors with small to medium torque and high speed, such as the load start of starting motors with constant torque, asynchronous motors, low-power DC motors, series motors, and power tools. It is especially suitable for testing the dynamic characteristic curves of various motors.

The hysteresis dynamometer is suitable for the testing of motors with low to medium power. The hysteresis dynamometer does not need to rely on speed to generate torque, so it can perform full-range testing from no-load to stall. The cooling methods of the hysteresis dynamometer can be divided into convection cooling and circulating water cooling, which vary depending on the model. The hysteresis dynamometer has two rated powers: continuous and short-time, enabling it to have a higher rated power in a relatively short period of time. According to the size and system composition of the dynamometer, its accuracy is ±0.5% - 1% of the full scale. Hysteresis dynamometers specially designed for small power and high-speed motors can be provided.


System composition of hysteresis dynamometer:

The hysteresis dynamometer consists of a dynamometer head, a mechanical platform, testing software, a DC power supply, a supporting intelligent dynamometer controller, an electrical parameter meter, a cabinet, etc.

The hysteresis dynamometer system can measure parameters such as torque, speed, output power, voltage, current, input power, efficiency, power factor, and frequency of the tested motor or power tool.

The system uses a 1.8-meter vertical cabinet or a 1.0-meter horizontal cabinet. The industrial computer is integrated inside the cabinet. The dynamometer can choose a three-dimensional workbench structure or a common two-dimensional structure. It is suitable for single-phase/three-phase/DC motors. It is also possible to choose to be compatible with single-phase & three-phase & DC motors at the same time. At this time, the single-phase circuit, three-phase circuit, and DC circuit are independent of each other and do not interfere with each other. Users can switch the required testing circuit through the switch on the cabinet panel according to different motors. In the occasion where the motor rotates forward and backward, a forward and reverse control circuit can also be added according to the user's requirements. Cooperating with the latest product HN-06B intelligent dynamometer controller of Beijing Haibohua Technology Co., Ltd., the testing functions generated by the combination of the two can meet the various testing requirements of most current manufacturers for their different types and models of motors. This software can also be optionally equipped with a DR4615 torque and speed display, a DC4619 controller, or a DR4615A motor performance tester (three-in-one). At the same time, the electrical parameter meter can also be matched with 8716B, PF100 series AC electrical parameter meters, 8716F, PF200 DC electrical parameter meters, 8902F2, PA330E series three-phase electrical parameter meters, 8760F motor life measurement and control instrument, etc. It can also be matched with electrical parameter meters of different manufacturers and models and multi-channel live winding temperature rise meters according to the customer's requirements. New functions can also be specially customized according to the customer's own special needs.
