1. Product Introduction
A vibrating feeder refers to a device that can uniformly, timed, and continuously feed block and granular materials from a storage bin to a receiving device. In the sand and gravel production line, it can continuously and uniformly feed the crushing machinery and perform coarse screening on the materials. It is widely used in the crushing and screening combined equipment of metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasives and other industries.
2. Application
Suitable for various materials such as pebbles, river pebbles, limestone, granite, iron ore, dolomite, lead-zinc ore, coal gangue,slag, coke,etc
3. Working Principle
The vibrating feeder machine uses the eccentric block in the vibrator to rotate and generate centrifugal force, causing the movable parts such as the sieve box and vibrator to move in a forced continuous circular or approximately circular motion. The vibrating feeder is composed of a feeding tank, exciter, spring support, transmission device, etc. The vibration source of the trough vibration feeding is the exciter, which is composed of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and a gear pair. The exciter is driven by an electric motor through a V-belt to drive the active shaft, and then the passive shaft is rotated by the gear meshing on the active shaft. The active and passive shafts rotate in the opposite direction at the same time, causing the trough to vibrate and continuously flow the material, achieving the purpose of conveying the material.
