Pleated filter bags, also known as pleated dust collector filter bags, are a new generation of high-efficiency dust collection and filtration accessories. They utilize a high-density filter media integrated pleated structure, effectively increasing the filtration area, improving dust collection efficiency, and reducing equipment operating resistance compared to traditional round dust collector bags.
The products use high-quality needle-punched felt filter media, which can be customized with materials such as polyester, PPS, PTFE, and Meta-Tass according to working conditions. They possess properties such as wear resistance, temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, water and oil resistance, and antistatic properties. The compact pleated structure design can significantly increase the filtration volume without altering the dust collector housing, saving equipment space and modification costs.
The reasonable gaps in the pleated structure ensure smooth pulse cleaning, preventing dust accumulation and clogging, resulting in stable operation and a long service life. Widely compatible with baghouse dust collectors, they are suitable for various dust collection conditions in building materials, metallurgy, chemical, asphalt, woodworking, mining, and waste incineration industries. They can efficiently intercept fine dust, helping workshops achieve dust emission standards, making them the preferred filter material for energy saving, consumption reduction, and upgrading dust collection systems.
