(1) The mains power is normal, but the emergency power indicator light is not on

There may also be a problem that the LCD menu of the emergency power indicator shows "AC, LOSS". At this time, * it is necessary to first check whether the mains circuit breaker of the emergency power supply or the cable of the circuit breaker is properly connected. The best solution is to replace the circuit breaker!

(2) When the mains power is normal, the buzzer sounds

At this time, you need to first check whether there is a problem with the output of the emergency power supply and whether the load is overloaded. If so, it is best to disconnect some loads.

(3) The fault indicator light is on

In this case, you need to first check whether the power transmission load is short-circuited. Then, you also need to check whether there are faults in the control circuit, whether the inverter humidity is too high, or whether there are charger faults, etc.!

(4) When the mains power stops, the emergency power supply has no output function.

In this case, you need to check whether the connection wires between the battery pack and the input socket are in good condition. The solution is to reconnect the wires.
