Rxyk kq Fire Emergency Evacuation System Residual Pressure Controller Rxyk-yp Differential Pressure Sensor
The residual pressure controller can centrally supply power to the residual pressure sensor (residual pressure detector) and the electric actuator (bypass pressure relief valve control mechanism), and feed back on-site information to the residual pressure monitor in real time.
The residual pressure detector is also called differential pressure controller, differential pressure measuring and controlling device, residual pressure sensor, residual pressure detector, (front room and stairwell) differential pressure sensor, pressure sensor, etc. No matter how many names the residual pressure detector has now, the purpose of the RXYK KQ fire emergency evacuation system residual pressure controller and RXYK-YP differential pressure sensor is the same, that is, to monitor the residual pressure value between the high-pressure area (front room, stairwell) and the corridor in the building, and transmit the signal to the residual pressure controller, so as to control the fan bypass valve and keep the differential pressure value within the normal range specified by relevant regulations.

It can be connected with residual pressure controllers, residual pressure detectors, residual pressure valve actuators, etc. to flexibly build a large-capacity evacuation passage residual pressure monitoring system. ◎ It can monitor the residual pressure changes in the evacuation passage through the residual pressure controller, meeting the complex and changeable requirements of modern buildings.

Whether the settings of the RXYK KQ fire emergency evacuation system residual pressure controller RXYK-YP differential pressure sensor meet the regulatory requirements
(1) Smoke pressurization: 1. Whether high-rise buildings over 32 floors are segmented for air supply; 2. Whether the smoke-proof stairwell and the combined anteroom are separately provided with air supply. When they must share one, whether a differential pressure automatic adjustment device is installed on the branch air duct leading to the combined anteroom; 3. Whether the refuge floor has a separate air supply; 4. Whether the scissors stairwell is provided with an air duct. When they share one, whether the air volume is calculated according to two stairwells; 5. Whether the determined pressure relief path can meet the requirements.
(2) Mechanical smoke exhaust: 1. Whether the above-ground and underground areas share the smoke exhaust system; 2. Whether the atrium has a separate smoke exhaust system; 3. Whether the mechanical smoke exhaust system is combined with the ventilation and air conditioning systems, and if so, whether reliable safety measures have been taken; 4. Whether the smoke exhaust for corridors and rooms is set separately; 5. Whether the number of smoke exhaust outlets in each smoke exhaust system exceeds 30; 6. Whether the basement rooms are equipped with air intake (mechanical or natural), and the air intake volume should be no less than 50% of the smoke exhaust volume, and a reasonable air flow should be organized to facilitate the smooth flow of smoke.
Problems to note
1. Whether the exposed distribution lines of the smoke prevention and exhaust fans meet the fire-resistant performance requirements;
2. The air velocity at the air supply outlets should not exceed 7m/s, and the air velocity at the smoke exhaust outlets should not exceed 10m/s;
3. When using galvanized metal air ducts, the air velocity should not exceed 20m/s. When using other non-metallic material air ducts such as concrete blocks or asbestos boards, the air velocity should not exceed 15m/s.
4. For indoor atriums with a clear height exceeding 12m, whether the vertical smoke exhaust outlets are arranged in rows every 2 to 3 floors or in sections;
5. Whether the smoke exhaust fans are installed above the highest smoke exhaust outlets of the smoke exhaust system, and the layout of air ducts that lead the upper-layer smoke to the lower layer should not be adopted;
6. Whether the pressurized air supply fans are installed in the air supply fan room that is not affected by the fire in the building. It is better to install them at the bottom, and fire dampers should not be installed on the pressurized air supply ducts.
