Installation, operation and maintenance instructions for the body voltage meter. The Desco 19431 human voltage meter is a portable measurement system that can analyze the accumulated charge level of the human body according to the ANSI/ESD STM 97.2 standard. The measurement of the body voltage meter can be recorded using the internal memory. The recorded measurement results can be exported and further viewed on a PC. The measurement curve can be displayed on the LCD screen for quick evaluation. Each human voltage meter is calibrated with recognized procedures and standards, traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). In October 2023, "A compliance verification plan shall be prepared to ensure that the organization meets the requirements of the plan. Process monitoring (measurement) shall be carried out in accordance with the compliance verification plan. The compliance verification plan shall identify the technical requirements to be verified, the measurement limits and the frequency of verification. The compliance verification plan shall record the test methods used for process monitoring and measurement. If the organization uses different test methods in place of the test methods in this standard, the organization shall be able to demonstrate that the results obtained are relevant to the referenced standard. When designing test methods for items not covered in this standard, these methods shall be fully documented, including the corresponding test limits. Records of compliance verification shall be established and maintained to provide evidence of compliance with the technical requirements. The selected test equipment shall be capable of performing the measurements specified in the compliance verification plan."
