Test equipment function:
The test machine is a multi-stations lock cycles test machine. Each station has a motor to trims and small air cylinder press push button. The motor rotation speed and angle are settable from HMI. By changing different jigs, it can be used to operate door lever, knob, turn or key. The lateral and vertical position of motor are adjustable according to lock. A small air cylinder was mounting to opposite side and can be used to actuate push button of entry lock.
Each station are independently controlled by PLC and individual setting. They can be set to run different type of locks at same time.

a) Frame: independent test bench;
b) Test station: 6 stations,
c) Equipment space: 0.6m long x 0.6m wide x 1.2m high;
d) mounting block: 130x 300mm wooden block;
e) trim operating angle: adjustable,
f) Maximum torque: 3 Nm
g) Password input: two axis mechanism arm, finger cylinder input, set any password.
h) Sensor: latch or deadbolt detection sensor for each test station;
i) PLC control: test scheme and parameter setting, fault monitoring and shutdown.
j) Counter: touch screen, power off and keep counting
k) Pneumatic components: Airtac
l) Standard: ANSI / BHMA a156.36
