Test equipment function:
The equipment is designed to test operational and durability performance of mechanical locks and electrical locks according to European harmonized standards. A special loading and action device was equipped on this automatic machine to load the latch bolt during operating the lock follower. This lock handle is operated by servo motor to provide high reliable performance. Another motor was used to operate the key or turn in high repeatability and exact angle control. It is super added value facility to identify classification and quality of lock or find out any product defect.
a. Frame:
Standalone frame constructed by high strength aluminum profile in 8080 size.
Size: L1.4m x W1.2m x H 2.4m
b. Test doors: one test doors with steel frame with enough strength to support the door mass
c. Test door size: 2100mm x1100mm, meet with EN 12209 standards requirement.
d. Test door mass: 60kg, User can easy increase to desired test door mass by stack steel plate, for examples 200kg if needed.
e. Door handle cycles operation: operated by servo motor with torque monitoring function. Door position is monitored by light sensor. 10 Nm Maximum driving moment.
f. Key cycle operation: servo motor with torque monitoring function, precise angle control, 5 Nm maximum driving moment.
g. Latch loading: special designed adjustable mass load of 0, 10N, 25N, 50N, 120Napplied latch bolt when operate door handle or key to open the door.
h. Closing force: special designed adjustable mass load of 0 to50Napply to test door to close to door. The latch loading and closing force is stable and will not affected by air pressure.
i. Current of lock monitor
j. HMI: PC with specified Software.
k. Pneumatic parts: Airtac brand.
l. PLC: Panasonic
