Features and benefits 

The product is temperature sensitive. Store between 5-35 °C and stir well before use. 

Application areas 

Coatings industry 

Features and benefits This additive increases the surface hardness and surface slip of the coating. In addition, it reduces short ripple defects (cloud spots, Bernard vortices) and improves leveling (freshness). In metallic coatings, it increases the effect of off-color flickering at different angles. 

Recommended use 

This additive is recommended for non-ionic and anionic waterborne automotive paints. 

Recommended dosage 

8-16% additive (purchased form) is based on the amount of resin solids used in automotive OEM paints. 

15-30% additive (purchased form) is based on the amount of resin solids used in automotive refinish paints. 

The above recommended addition amount is for reference, and the suitable addition amount needs to be determined by a series of tests. 

Incorporation method and processing guidance 

The additive is best added at a low shear rate at the end of production. Stir well before use.
